No. It is your legal right to do business with the shop of your choice. We work with all major insurers to ensure your car is repaired to factory standards.
None. There is no law requiring multiple estimates. If you leave your vehicle with us, we will supervise the insurance appraiser and ensure they write a fair estimate for your repair.
Contact the insurance company and get a Claim Number. Once you have that, give it to us. We handle everything from there, including the appraiser and rental car arrangements.
We provide a target date at drop-off. Within a few days, after parts are ordered and insurance additional damages are confirmed, we will update you with a firm completion date.
Payments & Warranty
Yes. We offer a Limited Lifetime Warranty on all workmanship. We guarantee repairs against defects unless caused by unreasonable use. Just keep your original receipt!
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Cash, and Insurance Company Checks. Deductibles are paid directly to Atlantic Auto Body at the time of vehicle pickup.
